My background includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and business operations, giving me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to support both employees and organizational success.
Today, I am excited to combine my HR expertise with my entrepreneurial spirit as the owner of a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company. I am passionate about providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services that help individuals access the healthcare and resources they need. I understand that transportation is often a critical link to independence, wellness, and quality of life, and I take pride in building a service that makes a meaningful difference in the community.

Tom Sedlmeyer
With a career built on safety, reliability, and customer service, I bring decades of transportation, construction, and operations experience to the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry. Before founding this company, I worked as a Geothermal Site Superintendent, managing complex projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring work was completed safely and efficiently.
My professional background includes extensive experience as a CDL driver and heavy equipment operator, working with a wide range of commercial vehicles and specialized equipment in demanding environments. From transporting heavy machinery to operating equipment on construction and energy projects, I have built a reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
Today, I bring those same values to the transportation industry, providing safe, comfortable, and dependable service for individuals who need assistance getting to medical appointments, treatments, and other essential destinations. Every trip is approached with the same level of care, responsibility, and respect that has guided my entire career.
